Sibling/Buddy Photos: A package is required to be purchased for each child taking a sibling or buddy photo. All sibling and buddy photos will be considered add ons including packages. You can purchase a package for sibling and buddy photos or any of the add on items listed on the website.
Refund/Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of the product(s) sold, refunds are not accepted at this time. Please contact Vanity Exposure Photo with any questions you may have.
Picture Pick Up Announcement: All pickup orders will be handed out during the End of Season Basketball Banquet in March. All paid delivery orders will be mailed the week prior to the banquet day in March.

By completing your photo purchase you the "Client" hereby grants the Photographer "Vanity Exposure Photo" and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Event, its guests, attendees, all Individuals, teams, coaches and officials for editorial, trade, advertising, stock, commercial and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases the Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Return/Refund Policy
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Vanity Exposure Photo from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled and coordinated with the Organization, School and/or Dance Studio.
Refunds are only available up to 24 hours prior to scheduled picture day, please email vanityexposurephoto@gmail.com with your child's first and last name, and order number.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend picture day on the day and at the time listed.
Digital Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Vanity Exposure Photo has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer paid for the photo and then Vanity Exposure Photo sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable.
Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 4-6 weeks following final photo day. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.
